What is an executive suite?
An executive suite is a furnished office in a fully equipped facility providing the tenant with the benefit of shared resources such as a receptionist, conference room, video-conferencing equipment, waiting area, kitchen, etc. without the start up cost or time of establishing such a space independently.

What is a virtual office?
A virtual office provides a professional image without the expense of full time staff by providing virtual tenants with services such as phone answering, conference room time, mail receipt, etc. without the need for a full time facility.

What is the minimum commitment?
The minimum lease term is 6 months, however, shorter term arrangements are available on an as-needed and available basis.

What do I need to purchase to get started?
Since Hoboken Office Suites provides most of the business infrastructure necessary for office operations, the tenant need only provide their computer—everything else is available from Hoboken Office Suites.

Can I bring my own fax machine, printer or scanner?
Yes.
